Went here with my Son for dinner before going to the theatre and it was excellent! The young lady who greeted us & looked after us was totally outstanding! A good choice of food on the menu and they catered brilliantly to my rare food allergy. Food was not only cooked to perfection but absolutely burst with flavour and service was efficient!! I look forward to returning soon!

Third time visiting yesterday, basically tried the full menu by this point. Can't recommend this place enough. Food, drinks, service and atmosphere have been faultless every time. Impressive 3:2 meat:vegan taco ratio, without skimping on vegan options for sides and extras. In my experience, it's rare that a restaurant that has so many meat options that they execute vegan dishes to an equally high standard (my partner is vegan). The tacos themselves are well and truly the main event with each encompassing bold flavours, with every element balanced - no flavour or component being lost in the mix. The menu is definitely Mexican fusion, with alot of Asian inspiration, but we're here for it. We're always impressed, and will continue visiting from Durham when we can - it's worth the journey!

Really, really good food. Cocktails were excellent and interesting, and the service was spot on. The soft shell taco with pulled beef was unreal! Really good vegan options too. Only thing I'd not order again was the guac -£6 for a few nachos and guac when you can get more chips or another taco for less!

really good food, relatively small portions, but that means you can try lots of different things; the cocktails were also really really nice and staff was so friendly. the place itself has nice low lighting, the space is quite dark, so it immerses you more into the experience

First time visiting here and certainly won't be the last. Lovely Mexican tacos and equal split of meat/fish to vegan ratio. I'm pescatarian so ordered a couple of fish and couple of vegan tacos. We shared loaded Crayfish fries which were lovely. Margarita cocktails went down a treat before the theatre and staff were lovely. Definitely recommend.

Some of the best tacos I've had in the UK. Particularly recommended the Korean pork tacos, the aubergine tacos, and the crispy squid tacos. Margueritas also great. Nice atmosphere. Come here.

Incredibly accommodating for an un booked group of four due for the Sunderland Empire in 45 mins on arrival. Food and drink sublime but most impressed by the level of service, handling us with care and professionalism. Tacos tried were monkfish, lamb and pork with loaded fries. Amazing tastes. Will be returning with plenty of notice next time.
